The tournament this year will be held at the Troon North Golf Club  in Scottsdale. Revered as Scottsdale's crown jewel, the challenge, visual sensation and special ambiance of Troon North sets the standard by which all other courses are measured. Originally designed, and recently renovated by British Open Champion Tom Weiskopf.

The tournament celebrates the memory of Assistant Chief Steve Alley who was an active AFCA member and coordinated the conference golf tournament for many years.  A portion of the proceeds from the tournament go to support the Arizona L.A.S.T. (Local Assistance State Team) which provides assistance to any Arizona Fire Service Agency in the event of a department related death.

The tournament is a traditional "no handicap", best ball, shot gun start tournament. Individual, twosome and foursome registrations are allowed.  Prizes are provided for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams, longest drive, closest to the pin and longest put.

If you don't play, or even if you do, you can still help by becoming a tournament sponsor, donate an item for the raffle or help with the set up or tear down.  You may sign up for a sponsorship through the registration system or contact Tournament Director Scott Miller if you have any questions.

Entry Fee is only $85 per person and includes lunch following the tournament and the opportunity to win one of a number of great door prizes.

Any questions please contact Scott Miller at 520-421-8777 x5940 or Joe Moore at 928-300-9226
