Attention AFCA members:
At their regular meeting on July 30 the AFCA Board of Directors recommended that a number of proposed bylaw amendments be submitted to the membership for approval. The complete text of all proposed amendments is attached and these proposals will be submitted to the membership for action by electronic ballot beginning September 21. The balloting period will be open until October 21 and amendment proposals on the ballot must be approved by a 2/3 majority of ballots cast in order to be approved. The proposed amendment document will be published daily in the Quick Connect, will be posted on the AFCA website and will be emailed to all members of record.
